Appellant: James Anderson, James George Sketton Anderson, Alexander Gawin Anderson and William Richard Anderson, trading under the firm of Anderson, Anderson and Co, merchants, of 1 Billiter Court, Fenchurch St, City of London, cosignees of timber cargo aboard the ship San Roman. Respondent: Carl Heinrich Willink, Christian August Wilhelm Schon and Gustav Adolph Schon, all of Hamburg, owners of the said ship. Subject: Damage to cargo caused by delay in transportation. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
