Respondent: Richard Cory of New Barge House Wharf, Commercial Road, Lambeth, Surrey, Thomas Lea of St Paul's Road, Upper St, Islington, Middx, and Charles Lea of St Paul's Road aforesaid, coal merchants, owners of the screw steamship Thomas Lea. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 21 Dec 1864. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
