Appellant: William Morgan of Barking, owner of the fishing smack Celerity, and part owner of her cargo, James Thomas Morgan and William Merchant, both of Barking, and others, owners of her cargo, and James Walker, master, and the rest of the survivors ofthe crew, and personal representatives of the late James Woodward, mate, and the late Joseph Argyle, apprentice. Respondent: James Sim, Alexander Anderson and Alexander Burnett Whyte, all of Aberdeen, principal owners, and the rest of the owners of the steamer City of London. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 3 Jan 1857. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
