Respondent: Hannibal Curnow Millett, Barrington Reynolds, George Millett Davis, John Coode, John Vivian, Mary Sandys Grylls, Glynn Grylls, Rev Francis Gregory, Rev Joseph Edwards, Jane Penrose and John Pool, owners of the brig Riviere and her cargo. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 23 Oct 1848. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
