Description:

Cause: Fowler v Wyatt 1852 F7. Deeds and papers relating to development of property near Portland Place, Marylebone, Middlesex, and to bankruptcy of Francis Edmund Hayman Fowler, architect. Deposited by defendant, Sir Matthew Wyatt.? originally included three copies of a plan of property in Marylebone, Middlesex, produced to accompany printed sales particulars for thirteen houses in course of erection, now kept as MFC 1/22.

Note: i.e. son of sculptor Matthew Cotes Wyatt; not Sir Matthew Digby Wyatt, who was not knighted until 1855.
