Three versions of the diaries are held by the Cabinet Office. Two versions are a set of typescript diaries, which it is assumed were kept by the No 10 Diary Secretary, the first being the planned programme for each day and the second being the amended final version. The third set are digital PDF versions (kept by the Cabinet Office for administrative purposes).
