Captured ship: L'Aguila or Eagle of San Sebastian (master Louis Grenier).

History: a Spanish privateer (140 tons, 12 guns, 110 men); taken on 4 July 1742 by HMS Lyme (John Pritchard commanding) and brought into Plymouth.
