Catalogue description Auditors' enrolment books of particulars of leases

Enrolment books of particulars for leases of both sets of lands in the sub-series from 1715 to 1737. The particular was the document that the Auditor prepared to convey the basic information about the value and history of the property to the office actually drawing up the lease. The Auditor received instructions to prepare particulars by warrant and in this case these mainly come from the Surveyor General of the Crown Lands.
