Original Prerogative Court of Canterbury records relating to various decisions and judgements. The records are acts in litigation, renunciations of executorship, appointments of guardians for minors, acts to lead decrees and limited grants of probate and administration, presentation of letters of request (from outside the Province of Canterbury), acts recording the transfer of wills proved in error in other courts and orders concerning the revaluation of estates.
