Pensioners retired from Scottish Offices and paid by the Queen's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer, Edinburgh, are, from 1879 entered in separate volumes, which also contain records of all Gratuities, commutation annuities and (from 1899) particulars of the salaries and fees paid to medical referees.
