ff. 85-86. Letter from J G Lefevre, George Nicholls and G C Lewis, Poor Law Commissioners, to Lord John Russell suggesting that unwanted barracks in Ireland be converted into workhouses. They apply specifically for Ballancollig and Fermoy. They suggest that the land and buildings are valued by two valuers to agree a fair price.
