Organisation and functions of B Division from 1941-1953. From 1941 onwards B Division's basic task was Counter-Espionage, though its responsibilites ranged a little wider and included Counter-Sabotage. In 1946 it took over the study of Subversion. It was in 1953 that separate branches were again set up for Counter-Espionage (D) and Subversion (F)
