William Edward PERCIVAL: in 1939 he broadcast on German radio concerning the ill-treatment of German prisoners in Poland and subsequently corrected scripts for broadcasts to England. In 1941 he refused repatriation. In 1943 he was released from internment in Germany to work for the German Foreign Office on propaganda work. He was an associate of John Amery and members of the British Free Corps
