Memorial from Mr Edward Foster: forwards memorial from Mr Edward Foster, late Superintendent in the Public Works Department, complaining against various decisions taken by the government of Jamaica with regards to compensation following his dismissal from his job. Reports that under various laws, Mr Edward Foster is not entitled to compensation either for the loss of his job, or for his contributions to the Widows and Orphans Fund. Reports that Mr Edward Foster received sufficient notice with regards to his dismissal. No 489, folios 285-297. |
