Reports conferences with the British South Africa Company about the boundary between North Eastern Rhodesia and the Congo Free State; suggests that Congo Government be sounded with regard to an adjustment of the frontier before proposals were made to survey the area; includes minute by E A W Clarke and sketch map of proposed adjustments around Lake Mweru [Moero].
