Content: Folios 415-418. Letter from Money Fisher, Guardian, North Elmham, East Dereham to the Poor Law Commission, giving details of a vestry meeting where it was unanimously agreed by the minister and chief inhabitants to ask the Poor Law Commission to sanction two guardians to be elected, there being population of 1219 and a constancy of cases before the board, requiring a more regular attendance than can be given by one guardian.
