Content: Folios 307-309. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to Thomas Watkins, Clerk to the Guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, referring to their letter of the 24 May 1852 and forwarding a copy of the order to appoint a paid collector of the poor rate for the parish Llantrisaint together with a copy of the General Accounts Order dated 17 March 1847 referred to in Article 2 No 6 which the Poor Law Board request may be given to the collector. Enclosed is a copy of the order to appoint a collector. Signed: John Trollope [President of the Poor Law Board]. And counter signed: Courtney [Lord Courtenay, Secretary to the Poor Law Board].
