Folio 17: case no 21, Nicholas Neil, aged 6 months, Convict's child; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, tabes, was weaned 5 or 6 days since on account of debility, the child was the survivor of twins and was very sickly since birth, it was wasted very much and had diarrhoea; put on sick list 14 September 1849, died 15 September 1849 at 3 pm.

Folio 17: case no 22, Mary Kennedy, aged 8 months, Convict's child; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, tabes, wasted away after weaning, the mother also in a state of extreme debility from dysentery, the child was sickly from birth and taken very little food and had diarrhoea; put on sick list 14 September 1849, died 19 September 1849 at 3 am.
