John Clevland. Robert Hoar, deputy Purser of the Edinburgh, asks to pass his accounts in his own name as Purser of the ship, because he was responsible for fitting her out, as the proper Purser did not appear and later died. The Commissioners of the Victualling say that Hoar was signified to them and he is willing to pass the account for the benefit of Mr. Tatum's Executors
