SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: In consideration of 5s. paid to 1a. and 2., 1. and 2. lease to 3. for a yr.: woodlands called Pryors Woods, containing 50a., in the parishes of Bix, Nettlebed, Swyncombe, and Ewelme (now in Swyncombe) once part of the late priory of Wallingford, and all other premise of 1a. in the same parishes.
