Indentures of fine by Hugh Clopton, esq., and Elizabeth his wife to William Granger of 7 messuages, 3 cottages, 10 gardens, 10 orchards, 150 acres of land, 60 acres of meadow, 150 acres of pasture, 50 acres of wood, 50 acres of heath and furze and common of pasture in Newhall, Stanton Ward and Stapenhill, co. Derby, with the fourth part of £10 rent for mines of coal and of all tithes in Newhall, Stanton Ward, Stapenhill and Hartshorne and the fourth part of the advowson of Hartshorne church.
