James Wood of Overdarwen, husbandman, and Ellen his wife, to Henry Wrigley of Chamber in Ouldham, esq. -- moiety of messuage in Overdarwen late in the tenure of William Baron or Thomas Baron -- leased 24 Mar. 1635/6 by John Clayton of Little Harwood, gent., to Ellen Wood (eldest daughter of W.B.) for lives of herself, Thomas son of Myles Baron of Tockholes, and Thomas son of John Ellison of Overdarwen, at 26/- rent. Witn: Humphrey Marler, James Wild, Wm. Bayne. Seals.
