Whereby, having recited: firstly to thirdly, PA/101/7/50's first, second and fifth recitals; fourthly, that Mary [I] Hiorns married Jonas Payne and died during 1839 (her administration being dated 21st. Jan., 1840); fifthly, that by his 17th. Oct., 1837 will Joseph [III] Hiorns left everything to his wife, Mary [II] Hiorns; sixthly, that Joseph [III] Hiorns died on 5th. Aug., 1841 and his will was proved on 25th. Nov. following; seventhly, that S.B. Hiorns married James Bray and died on 27th. July, 1831 (her administration being dated 21st. June, 1854); eighthly, PA/101/7/43; ninthly, PA/101/7/50's third rehearsal with the moneys in S.B. Bunney's name; tenthly, PA/101/7/40's first rehearsal; eleventhly, PA/101/7/40; twelfthly, PA/101/7/50; thirteenthly, that Sarah Russell died during 1858; fourteenthly, that John [I] Hiorns (of Ashow, gent.) and Thomas Dewes (of Coventry, gent.) have recently sold out £1,714/5/8 which formed the shares of Joseph [III] Hiorns, S.B. Bray and Mary Payne in the £4,000 stock, leaving £1,637/2/10 (whence they paid £4/6/- for brokerage, so there is balance of £1,632/16/10); fifteenthly, that John Herbert died during Oct., 1846; sixteenthly, that Richard Kevitt Rotherham of Coventry, Thomas Banbury of Coventry, Josiah Cash of Leamington Priors, Samuel Newsome of Coventry and Abraham Burbery Herbert of Keresley, all esqs., are the Coventry and Warwickshire Banking Co.'s current directors; seventeenthly, that under PA/101/7/33's terms the bank is still owned £681/17/1 with interest; eighteenthly, that it has been agreed that £544/5/7 (James Bray's share as his wife's administrator) be paid by John [I] Hiorns and T. Dewes to the directors (which has been done); and nineteenthly, that the other two thirds of £1,632/16/10 (i.e. two more sums of £544/5/7) go to Mary [II] Hiorns (of Kilburn, Mdx.; widow of Joseph [III] Hiorns of Ashow Park, Warws., veterinary surgeon) and Jonas Payne (of Harpole, Northants., grazier): therefore, in consideration of John [I] Hiorns' and T. Dewes' paying £1,632/16/10, M. [II] Hiorns, John Ralphs (of Pinley House, Coventry, esq.; trustee of the Coventry and Warwickshire Banking Co.), the directors and J. Payne acquit them from any claims.
