2. John Wallis of Whitchurch, esq., sole executor of John Wallis esq., his decd. father

 

3. Richard Heade late of Langley, nor of Marlestone, Berks., esq.

 

4. William Hucks of St. Giles in the fields, Middx., esq.

 

5. Robie Sherwin of Lincoln's Inn, Middx gent.

 

6. John Hucks gent., now clerk to 4.

 

7. John Spencer of St. Giles in the fields, Middx., gent.

 

SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Recites deed to lead uses of a fine (see recitals in cat Vor/ XXIII/i/1) Recites cat.Vor/ XXIII/i/1.

 

A page has been cut away here. In consid. of £1407-5s paid to 2. by 4., and £21-10s. paid to 1b. by 4. amounting altogether to the sum of £2010-10s, and 5s. paid by 5. to 2.,2. at the appointment of 1a. and the nomination of 4. assigns premises as cat. Vor/ XXIII/i/1 for residue of term of 1000 years upon trust for 4. and his heirs.

 

For the aforesaid considerations, and in consideration of 5s. paid by 6. to 2.,2. at the appointment of 1a. and nomination of 4. assigns the premises (except as excepted) for residue of term of 2000 years to 6. on trust for 4.

 

For the considerations as aforesaid, and for 5s. paid to 3. by 7.,2. at the appointment of 2. and 1a. assigns to 7. upon trust for 4.: 64a. arable in Clapcott Field, Wallingford and close of pasture called Pelmore containing 4a.; 120 sheep commons in Wallingford for the residue of the term of 500 years.

 

Recites that 1. has lately conveyed to Henry Fludyer and his heirs the reversion expectant upon the death of Mary hide, mother of 1a. in the premises which were excepted as above. Now, 4. covenants with Henry Fludyer to produce the deeds to the premises as and when requested to do so
