Description:

1. Benjamin Moyer, Low Layton, Esq. & Frances his wife, (late called Frances Boothby, widow), guardian of Robert Boothby, only son and heir of Thomas Boothby, Esq., decd., being an infant aged 7 years.

 

2. Willim Knipe, London, packer. 1., on behalf of Robert Boothby, to 2.

 

Freehold messuage with small piece of ground and all apps. (3r.) in Chingford, between the messuage of 2. there called the Blue House and the lane called Cork Tylers Lane, late in occup. of John Radley, now of 2., except trees reserved to Robert Boothby. For 14 years (if Robert Boothby shall so long live), at £3.3.) p.a.

 

Power of distraint to 1., 2 to tyle the roof and repair the roof paleing and all the premises within 6 months and to do repairs thereafter. 1. to have power of inspection 2. to fell no timber nor to plow the land.
