William de Westhale and William Smalcombe have leased to William de Chiltenham the manor of Parva Marsfelde, for his life, with remainder to Maurice de Berkele, lord of Berkeley, for life, and to James his son and his male issue, James's brother Maurice and his male issue, and the right heirs of Maurice de Berkele, lord of Berkeley.

 

Witnesses: Sir John Tracy, Sir Nicholas de Berkele, knights, John Serjant, John Stanschawe, John Joye.
