Description:

1 To his wife Martha [formerly Martha Grebell, daughter of Allen Grebell testator of PAB/298] for life, land in Hurst, Bonnington and Aldington in Kent, in the occupation of James Laurence; remainders to his cousin Susan Osbourne and her lawful issue, or in default to such issue, to his cousin John Osbourne, then to his brother-in-law John Parker, silk thrower of London, widower while he remains single but upon his marriage, to his son John Parker

 

Reciting the provisions of a covenant to levy a fine and deed to uses, 11 November 1707, between Edward Wade and Martha Grobell his wife, and John Brome of London, linen draper

 

2 To JP while he remains single, freehold messuage and lands in Ashford, Kent, with remainder to his son John Parker

 

3 To his wife Martha his copyhold lands in Ashford

 

4 Provisions for Martha to raise a mortgage for £500 upon his farmhouse, gardens, orchards and lands called Rowens in Faversham, Faversham Preston [? Preston South Without] Davington, Luddenham and Oare, Kent, reciting his marriage settlement with Frances Wade, formerly Frances Boyer whereby such a mortgage might be raised after the death of her mother Judith Boyer, and of Frances Wade without issue
