Whereby, as empowered by her father's will, she appoints three messuages at Exhall (now occupied by Benjamin Pratt, Henry Halford and James Beal) with the ground extending to the hedge which divides them from the property mentioned below to the use of her son Joseph; she devises six messuages (inhabited by J. Gilbert, W. Wilkinson, E. Rathbone, C. Hopkins, J. Barlow and J. Clayton) and a like piece of ground to the use of her daughter Ann; Joseph and Ann are named executor and executrix.
