This lease includes a clause for the erection by the lessee of 'Buildings on the said premises hereby demised for the purposes of his Trade of Millwright', and for the construction of 'one or more water wheels to be driven by the water of the said pond', and of 'convenient roads and ways thereto over the said premises'. Marginal plan, marking 'Proposed New Road'.
