A marriage is intended between William Ferriday and Mary Biddle. Joseph Biddle has agreed to advance as the marriage portion £1000, which, together with £1000 advanced by William Ferriday is to be vested in trustees on trusts.

To be invested at 4% and £40 to be paid to Mary during the joint lives of William Ferriday and Mary.
