Maurice son of Sir Thomas lord of Berkelee, and John de Hoghtone; and Richard [FitzAlan] earl of Arundel. Thurs. after Michaelmas, 35 Edw. III

 

Whereas Maurice and John are bound to Richard in £200, Richard has granted that if Maurice and John pay £100 at Arundel on the eve of Easter next, the bond shall be void.
