(a) Margaret Lewknour of Kingston Bowcie, widow. Edward Lewknour of Kingston Bowcie, esq., son and heir of Edward Lewknour of Kingston Bowcie, decd., and the said Margaret.

 

(b) Thomas Woulder of West Angmering, husb.

Tenement and 20 a. of land, with common of pasture, late in the occupation of Luce Stanmer, late John Butteler and now Thomas Woulder by copyhold, being part of the customary land of the Manor of Ham. Also another tenement and barn, being another part [of the customary land] with 12 a., with common of pasture; also another part called Toddes, once in the occupation of Wilham Style, late of Thomas James, now John Peter and Alice his wife, by copyhold. Also another tenement, barn and 10 a. called Piekis; another tenement, barn and 14 a., another part of the same, formerly of a certain Polinges, now in the occupation of the said John and Alice Peter by copyhold, being parcel of the customary land of the Manor of Ham. Also an annual rent of 5¾d from 5 a. of land in the possession of William Woulder.
