Also another tenement and barn, being another part [of the customary land] with 12 a., with common of pasture; also another part called Toddes, once in the occupation of Wilham Style, late of Thomas James, now John Peter and Alice his wife, by copyhold. Also another tenement, barn and 10 a. called Piekis; another tenement, barn and 14 a., another part of the same, formerly of a certain Polinges, now in the occupation of the said John and Alice Peter by copyhold, being parcel of the customary land of the Manor of Ham. Also an annual rent of 5¾d from 5 a. of land in the possession of William Woulder.
