Copy of deed of bargain and sale, dated 15 May 1765, of the estates of Sir John and Lady Webb to limit them to certain uses and trusts, comprising the manor of Hatheroppe [Hatherop] with the capital messuage or chief mansion house of Hatherop with the buildings and lands belonging, the advowson of Hatherop, capital messuage called Dean Farm and lands belonging in the tenure of the Widow Reynolds, capital messuage called Down Hall and arable and pasture lands belonging in Colne St Alwynnes [Coln St Aldwyn] and Hatherop, capital messuage called Wall Farm in Hatherop with lands belonging and all other lands and tenements formerly the estates of William Blomer esq in Coln St Aldwyn and Aldsworth, meadow ground in Leach Lad [Lechlade] called Queens Hamme, Carters Hamme and Hunsall, messuage and wharf and meadow called the Dole Meadow and the Shaw Half Acre in Lechlade, messuage and one yardland of arable land, meadow and pasture in Netherton, Hatherop, formerly in the occupation of John Isles and all other lands and tenements formerly the estates of Richard Keeble of Eastleach Turville, gentleman, in Hatherop and Netherton which were sold by him to John Bromer, Abbotts Manor and Leversages Manor near Eastleach Turville and all messuages and lands belonging, with common of pasture for 600 sheep called the Ranging Plott in the fields of Eastleach Turville called the Abbotts Flock, messuage with five yardlands in Hatherop formerly in the occupation of Robert Weaving, messuage and one yardland in Masy Hampton [Maiseyhampton] formerly in the occupation of the Widow Miller, and three messuages formerly the estates of John Blomer in Maiseyhampton, the manor of Bramston (Northamptonshire) with all manors, messuages and lands belonging, the advowson of Bramston and all other properties in Northamptonshire which are part of the estate, made [19th century] (Sir John Webb of Great Canford (Dorset) and Dame Mary Webb his wife; John Buckle of Castle Yard, London, gentleman; Nathaniel Templeman of Lincolns Inn (Middlesex), gentleman; Charles Brander of the Close, Salisbury (Wiltshire), esq, and George Webb of Stratford near Salisbury (Wiltshire), esq)
