Term of 200 yrs. to 5. is upon trust for the better securing to 1b. for her life the said pa. sum of £2,000

 

Term of 2,000 yrs. to 6. upon trust that they will after the d. of 1a. but subject to the £2,000 pa. to 1b. raise £20,000 for the 7 younger sons of 1a. by 1b. and their 2 daus. Mary Frances Tyrwhitt Drake and Ann Tyrwhitt Drake, who are the only other issue of 1a. by 1b. except 2. and Elizabeth a dau. who died aged - years and Henry a son who died c. 3 yrs. and Frances another day. who died a few days old, and all other children of 1a. by 1b. yet to be born the said £20,000 to be divided equally among such younger sons and daus.

 

Provision that 2. may settle on any wife of 2. a sum not exceeding during life of 1a. £800 p.a. or if the marriage be with the approbation of 1a. £1,000 or after the d. of 1a. £1,200 pa.

 

Provision for 2. to charge the property with raising of sum not exceeding £10,000 for his children other than his eldest son if he shall die during lifetime of 1a. of £15,000 if he shall survive 1a.

 

Provision that if 1a. survives 1b. then 1a. may grant to any future wife of 1a. a yearly rent charge not exceeding £1,200 p.a. out of the premises

 

If 2. shall survive 1a. then 2. may charge the premises with a sum not exceeding £5,000 for the benefit of such persons as 2. shall think fit

 

Provision for the younger sons of 1a. when they shall be in actual possession of the premises B. to provide jointures for their respective wife not exceeding £800 p.a. and chargeable on premises B.

 

Provision for 1a. 2. and other sons of 1a. when they shall be in possession and for the guardians of any infant child who shall be in possession of premises B. to leave the premises except the capital messuage called Shardeloes.

 

Provision for the conveyance of the premises except the manors of Weeden Hill Woodrow and Agmondesham otherwise Amersham and except said capital messuages called Shardeloes and such premises shall be discharged from these trusts but proceeds from these sales to be used to purchase other freehold premises which shall be conveyed to uses of this deed

 

Recites bargain and sale of 28 May 1804 and by virtue of the 3 common recoveries suffered in Trinity Term last the premises released do, subject to certain uses in the Settlement of 6 Oct 1784 namely to use of Rev. Reginald Heber and Smith Child for 80 yrs. if said Ann Wickham and Ann Drake Tyrwhitt Drake shall so long live with remainder to said and sale - to use of such persons as 1a. and 1b. and 2. shall declare and in default to the uses mentioned in the bargain and sale of 28 May 1804

 

Recites that 1a. 1b. and 2. have agreed to an appointment 1a. 1b. and 2. limit premises C. (premises in bargain and sale of 28 May 1804) but subject to the part comprised in term of 80 yrs. shall be to the uses hereinafter expressed.

 

In consideration of 10/- each to 1a. 1b. and 2. by 3. 1. and 2. release to 3. premises D. E. and F. (but subject as to the part comprised in the term of 80 yrs. and to the said use to Ann Wickham for her life) to 3. to such of the uses comprised in the release and settlement subsequent to the marriage of 1a. and 1b.
