SW formerly John Gardner, now Joseph Higgins (next which there is a length of 127 ft, with a length of 131 ft down the centre of the properties) of which five are in occupations of James Allen, George Gobey, Humphrey Gray, Amos Farr and George Butterfield, and front on Chase Street remaining 12 cottages, in a block, at the rear, are in occupations of Agnes Faulkner, William Bunyan, William Flint, George Fensom, John Day, George Smith, John Barratt, James Humphrey, William Humphrey, David Arnold, Emma Randall, and Charles Godfrey, and are known as Bailey Field Cottages.
