Lease for a year and release by Samuel Daniel of Stratford-upon-Avon, victualler and Hester his wife to Ann Pearshouse, of the Three Tuns, etc. as above, no. ER3/417, by way of mortgage to secure the repayment with interest of £60 advanced by the said Ann to Samuel Jacksons of the Heath Farm, Old Stratford, yeoman, also party to this deed, towards the absolute purchase of the premises and subject to redemption by the latter.

Witnesses: Thomas Taylor, J. Hirons, John Pearshouse.

Endorsed with acquittance from Ann Pearshouse to Samuel Jacksons for £63 16s 0d for principal and interest in full, dated 29 December 1781.
