Reciting deeds, law suit and arrangements, etc., (1) to (3) premises from late Goodere Fletcher, i.e. capital messuage, summer house and fish ponds and 27a. in occ. (1), messuage and 56a. in occ. Wm. F., 4 messuages, Little Dunstead Close, 4 Dunstead Closes and Lane (33a.) in Langley, Breaches Closes (7a.) and Hawleys Farm alias Summer Hot Farm and lands (37a.), all in Heanor; subject to life estate of (1) in trust to hold 2/5 for Wm. F. and 1/5 each for other parties in (2). Also (1) to (3) ½ and ¼ coal-mines in Kirkby (Notts.), Pinxton, Brookhill and S. Normanton; 1/3 coal mines under Owlgreaves, 5/8 coal mines under closes in Butterley, and mines under a close in Horsley Woodhouse; (on same trusts and) to provide £63 p.a. for (1) paid 2/5 and 1/5 each by (2) as above; if (1) retains Normanton mines in own hands, then £40 p.a. only. (2) to pay any remaining debts of Goodere Fletcher.
