Grant whereby, having recited: firstly, that Arthur and Alfred Clarke (described as in 242/3/4) own land to the east of the strip hereafter described; secondly, that Coventry corporation owns the strip; and thirdly, that the corporation have agreed to grant Arthur and Alfred Clarke a right of way over the strip: therefore the corporation grant A. and A. Clarke a right of way over a 5ft.-wide strip from Folly Lane along the western side of the Clarkes' land (it covers 1 sq.yd.) as shown on a plan herewith; the Clarkes promise that within three months they will erect a 5ft.-high fence to a design which the corporation will approve.
