Two closes, one of them on the south side of a little lane from Tadyporte towards Lytyll Torryngton Common, by the east side of the lands of John Gyfforde of Halsbery, esq., by the west side of the lands of the lords of Lytyll Torryngton' and by the north side of the lands of Henry Rolle of Stevenston, esq., the other close on the west of a little lane leading towards Lytyll Torryngton Common and by the east and north side of the lands of Harry Leye, lately purchased by him from one Brockadon. Term: lives of William and Alice Voysey, and to James Voysey for life in reversion Rent: 13s 4d. and a harvest day or 4d Heriot: 10s. Consideration: £8 |
