[Really 1683] 35 Chas.II John Dyke of the Inner Temple, London, esq; Judith Levinz of London, widow; Richard Izard of London, grocer Messuage called Pallmers [no location given] Recites Indenture of 16 July 1683 [see DYK/967] whereby the mortgage of the premises was assigned to JL, together with a Recognizance in Chancery. Declares that the premises are to be held in trust to the use of (i) Judith Dyke for life, without interference from JD; (ii) for the maintenance and education of the children of Judith and John Dyke; (iii) to the further uses as contained in the marriage settlement of 10 June 1678 [see DYK/961] Witnesses: Horatio Darling, J.
