Defeasance of a statute staple bond from Thomas Clopton of Clopton, esq., to Richard Andrewes of Thorpe Underwood, co. Northt., gent., and Edward Hands of Offchurch, yeoman, in £2000 conditional on his payment on 21 December of £1040 if Robert Knightley son of Robert Knightley of Offchurch, esq., be then living, and of £880 only, if he be dead.
