Description:

Lease by Jackson Morrell of Atherston, yeoman, to Edward Canning of Upper Eatington, butcher, of lands in the fields of Old Stratford, Bishopton and Welcombe now or late in the tenure of Joseph Phillips and formerly in the tenure of Richard Peacock, amounting to half a yard land for 200 years, by way of mortgage to secure the payment of £53 by 3 May 1671.

 

Witnesses: William Gibson, Charles Morrell, William Hands, Thomas Smith, John Canning.

 

Acquittance dated 2 May 1670 from Jackson Morrell to Edward Caninge for £50 attached.
