1 To his eldest son Thomas Lamb, two houses in Rye, one of which he occupies, and the other in the occupation of John Hogben and late of Henry Dodson; house brewhouse in Rye; two newly built houses in Middle Street, and two other houses in Middle Street, with the land adjoining; right of navigation of the River Dee; the silver punch bowl given by the late King to his late son George Lamb dec'd ; all his personal estate to be shared with his second son James Lamb 2 To his son James, title to the three houses over his vaults in Longer Street, Rye; warehouses at the Strand, Rye and two warehouses at the Cliffe in Rye; £350; all the silver plate, to be shared with his daughter Elizabeth Perkins, except the silver punch bowl 3 To his son John Lamb, the house in Watchbell Street, Rye 4 To his daughter Elizabeth, wife of Steel Perkins, another house in Middle Street, Rye to revert to Thomas Lamb after 99 years if she dies childless; rents and profits of his lands and houses called Frith Bush in Brenzett, Kent; £1,500 in accordance with the provision of her settlement 5 To Thomas and James Lamb his executors and Elizabeth Perkins, equal shares of all the household goods Endorsed entered in the books of the River Dee Company Witnesses: H Carleton, George Carleton, John Hogben |
