Lease from Elizabeth Bell of Tutenhill, widow of William Bell to Christopher Bell, her son, and Anne his wife, of a meadow, closes, etc. called Crabtree Leasowe, Liddiatt Field and Longlands, with a 'coate' shop, or building on the last-named, in King's Norton, co. Worc., for 80 years or the life of the lessor, at a yearly rent of £7, the said Elizabeth and her maid to enjoy a parlour and chamber in a messuage in King's Norton called Blackdon's Tenement, such covenants being in pursuance of a settlement on the marriage of Christopher Bell. Witnesses: Ralph Taylor, William Freeman, John Tirer the elder. |
