Release (lease missing) between (1) Chesterton Fox of Godalming, Surrey. gent, and (2) the Right Honourable Francis Lord Holles, Baron Holles of Ifield, of Lord Holles's two thirds part of the messuage called Oxenford or Oxenford Grainge, and the park called Oxenford Parke, containing about 400 acres, in the parishes, villages and hamlets of Oxenford, Witley, Eashinge [Eashing], Milford, Elsted and Pepperharrowe [Peper Harow], all in Surrey, being the part lying on the west side of a certain old watercourse or stream running from the Forked Pond to Bagmore Corner, and from thence between part of the lands hereby bargained and sold to Lord Holles and the lands of Thomas Shudd, and from thence to the old river, containing about 300 acres and in the occupations of Lord Holles, Francis Payne, Henry Roker, Edward Peytoe and John Lucas.
