Devises freehold prem. in Saddleworth parish, co. York, to trustees John Harrop of Ashton under Lyne, co.Lanc., shopkeeper, George Sidebottom of Mill Brook in Tintwistle, cotton manufacturer, John Newton of Woodhead in Tintwistle, innkeeper, in trust for his son David, and daughter Sarah, wife of Jesse Ainsworth, and after their deaths to sell and distribute profits among their children. Devises leasehold prem. in Wednesough in Hollingworth to same trustees, on trust to use rents for education of grandsons Henry, Robert and David Kelsall.
