  • The Royal Mail Archive includes records of The Post Office and Royal Mail from 1636 to the present day, including working files, staff records, visual records (poster, photographs, artwork), stamps of Great Britain from the Penny Black onwards, and records of British postal markings over four centuries
  • Information sheets on key topics available via website
  • Public record material is also catalogued under POST reference on National Archives online catalogue
