Supreme Court of Judicature: High Court of Justice, Companies Court: Registrars' Notes
This series contains registrars' notes, which were kept by the several registrars to record the progress and eventual outcome of cases of the companies court. They are sometimes accompanied by associated documents, such as receivers' reports, consents to act as liquidator, notices of petition, etc. They relate mostly to winding up, but some concern the so-called 'Chancery' business of the court arising from applications for confirmation or reduction of capital, sanction of schemes of arrangement, etc.
Material is arranged chronologically and listed alphabetically within each year, under the initial letter of the company concerned.
