Private deeds enrolled in book form in the Filing and Record Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court in continuation of the ancient series of Close Rolls. They include enrolments of change of name by deed poll, deeds of relinquishment of holy orders under the Clerical Disabilities Act 1870, conveyances relating to Queen Anne's Bounty for the augmentation of curacies etc., and deeds conveying land etc. in trust under the School Sites Acts 1841-1852.
