The series does include material generated by his predecessors and inherited by him. The predecessors of Master Arthur Francis Ridsdale (1912-1935) in his role as a Master/Chief Clerk were Master Henry Templar Prior (1907-1911), Master William Binns Smith (1874-1906) and, for causes with initial letters A-F, Master Alfred Hall (1852-1873). These books relate mainly to accounts arising from the administration of estates and to company winding-up proceedings. |
